A. Squat clean x 1+front squat x 3. Rest 3:00.
(80/85/90/95/100. All felt pretty good. Clean was no problem each time. I feel like I’ve a new 1RM in me soon. Front squat still definitely my least confident movement but these felt good. Video is of the 95 and 100kg sets)
B. Weighted chin up clusters x 2.2.2. Rest 2:00. X 3 sets.
(24/26/28kg. All felt good. Video is of the last set @ 28kg)
C1: Squat snatch x 2,2,2,1,1,1. Rest 2:00.
(65,70,72.5,75,77.5,80kg. No misses. All felt pretty good, pretty happy with hitting 80kg at the end)
C2: 10 x CTB pull ups for time. Rest 2:00.
(0:14,0:14,0:15,0:15,0:16,0:14. All unbroken, felt great throughout. Felt like I was using my upper back/scaps a lot more to finish the pull each time. Pretty happy overall with it and happy to be back feeling good!)
