(Felt better today when I woke up. Ate a lot more rice last night with dinner, easily 50-75g mkre and seems to have made a difference. Felt good going into the row)

(Felt good throughout, pushed the pace on for the last 2-3mins as I felt very comfortable. Middle back slightly tired from yesterday’s DL’s but overall I enjoyed it.)
