Trained 2-3:30pm:
A. TnG power snatch x 3,3,3,2,2,2. Rest 3:00
(60,63,66,68,70,72kg PR. All felt very good. Sloppy double on 70kg but other than that felt good)

B. BTN push press 5×3. Rest 2:00
(65,70,72.5,75,77.5kg. Alls felt good)

12min amrap:
10 x DL @ 70kg
10 x burpee
Run 200m

(6 rounds + 5 x DL. Kept a consistent pace throughout, didn’t pause at all, felt like I was pushing but also in control of my breathing throughout)

Rest 6:00

12min amrap:
10 x KBS @ 32kg
5 x ring dip
Row 250m

(5 rounds + 10 KBS + 5 ring dips + 50m. Same as before, paced it consistently and felt in control throughout)
