A. Deadlift; build to a tough triple.
(150 x 3. Felt good working up and 150 x 3 was work, I probably could’ve squeezed out 155 x 3 but decided it was enough after not deadlifting for so long. Head was totally fine, no after effects.)
30-20-10 reps of:
KB swing @ 32kg
Burpee box jump @ 20inch box
(18:18. This was tough, mainly down to the amount of burpee box jumps. KB swings and thrusters were fine but lungs took a big hit. Slightly disappointed with the time but I know it’s just going to take longer to develop my aerobic capacity up to a satisfactory level)
