Dropped into NorCal CrossFit and trained with Pat Barber.

Decided to work on the snatch technique drills that Steve Pan had me working on in catalyst:

Muscle snatch x 2+OHS x 2 @ 40kg. 3 sets.

Power snatch and snatch @ 40kg. 3 sets

Then:

Snatch:
3 x 1 @ 60kg
2 x 1 @ 70kg
75 x 1
80 x 1
84 miss

5 x 1 @ 60kg
70 x 1
75 x 1
80 x 1
84 x 1
88 miss

Felt pretty good throughout, after the miss at 84 I went back down and worked back up.
