(Felt good. Havn’t broken 85kg in a long time so i was happy to hit 87kg less than a week after holidays. Working on trying to keep the bar closer. Definitely feel like 90+ is there soon.)

Open workout 13.1:
(125 reps. 13 less than August 12th but I wasn’t expecting to beat it considering how my metcon has been feeling since I’ve gotten home. Technically felt solid throughout anyway.)
