Trained 2-3:30pm

A. Power clean max:
(40,60,80,90,100,105,107 miss,105,108kg. Felt pretty good throughout, missed at 107 then went back down to 105 and then hit 108kg. PR is 110kg so hope to beat that next time.)

B. Split jerk max:
(40,60,80,90,100,105,110kg. Footwork felt good and felt quick under the bar so kept moving up. PR is 115kg but havn’t been able to break 110kg for a while, feel like I need a lot more work at higher %’s on these to hit 120kg.)

+ open workout 13.4:
(72 reps. 3 rep PR on my previous best score of 69. Was a bit pissed off about the last 2 retests so wanted to try redeem myself a bit. Felt decent throughout, clean and jerks felt really good. I need to work on moving from bar to pull up bar without as much interruptions though I think.)
