Trained 2-3pm:

A. Deadlift max:
(60/80/100/120/140/155/165/170kg. At 170kg I felt a pain around my lumbar spine and had to stop. First time iv ever had pain in my back from deadlifting and it didn’t cease immediately after I rested. It wasn’t a rounded back pull or anything out of the norm. Decided against continuing and packed up the for the day. It’s 4:30pm now and I’m still in discomfort. I’ll get a full check from our physical therapist tomorrow but hopefully it’s nothing to worry about. Probably going to have to miss tomorrows testing as well. Apologies man, that holiday really took it out of me I think. Hopefully ok for some movement next week. I’ll let you know how I get on with the physical therapist)
