Trained 2-3:30pm:
A. Squat Clean 12 x 1 @ 97.5kg (85%). Rest 2:00.
(Felt great. Warmed up with 40/60/80/90kg then went at it. Felt really good throughout)

B. Build to a tng Power snatch 3RM: 70kg
(40/50/60/65kg then hit 70kg. Felt good)

10min amrap:
Clean and jerk max reps @ 75kg.
Hit 23 reps. Thought I could hit 3 a minute but after the first 2 mins I dropped back to a rep every 30 seconds until the last minute and hit a triple then to finish. Felt great overall though)
