(Feeling a little more confident over moderate weight again for reps. Felt very easy but left it at 120kg.)
B. Power snatch: 75kg
(49,50,60,70,75, 80 miss x 2. After a couple of misses at 80 I left it although I definitely feel like I have more in me once I get a few weeks of a run under my belt again)
10 x TnG power clean @ 45-60kg into AD x 30s @ 100%. Rest 4:00. 5 sets.
(Touch and go power cleans were no problem at all, AD got tough on the 4th set, really enjoyable tough session though.)
