Trained 2-3:30pm:
A. Squat clean x 1 @ 100kg. Rest 2:00. 15 sets
(40/60/80/90/100. All felt good)

B. TnG power snatch x 3 @ 50kg. EMOM x 10 mins
(All sets felt good. Could’ve gone to 60kg for the whole thing but wanted to stay lighter knowing what was coming next.)

+
50 x wall ball
100 x double unders
:3 RFT.
(19:10. Felt horrible throughout, couldn’t string together any double unders until the last set and got 4 sets of 25 unbroken. Shoulders weren’t as fatigued as they used to get but I’m still not feeling back to 100% in terms of longer metcon)
