(40/50/60/70/75. All felt pretty good. No misses. Looking forward to hitting a heavy single.)
B. Front squat 5×5. Rest 3:00
(60 x 5, 80 x 3 then: 90/92.5/95/97.5/100kg. Front squat still feels weak. I definitely feel that my upper back needs a lot more strength work? Feel like my front squat has nearly gone backwards.)
C. Row 1km for time.
(3:33. Tried to stick with a 1:40 pace from the start for a 3:20 time but my pull felt pretty weak after the first 400m and I dropped off to 1:46/1:47 pace. Bit disappointing but I know it is what it is at the moment.
