Trained 2-3:30pm:

A. 30 x muscle ups: 14:06
(Took my time and focused on not missing any reps so started out at a rep on the 30 seconds but then felt good after 20 and took less and less rest between reps. All felt good. Next time I’ll push for sub 10mins again, just wanted to regain confidence on the movement after the last few sessions.)

B. 50 x HSPU: 17:05
(Havn’t done much HSPU work the last while so paced this out in sets of 3-5 reps each time. Kip feels good but didn’t push for a fast time as I knew what was coming after)

C. 30-20-10 reps of T2B and ring dips: 9:58
(First set of 30 on each movement was no problem, just broke into 2 x 15 reps. After that my arms fatigued and slowed me right down. Enjoyed the whole session though.)
