A. Squat clean heavy single:
(40/60/80/90/100/107.5/110 miss/110kg make. Left it after getting 110kg as it felt heavier than when I hit 112kg a few weeks back. Definitely feel like my bottom position is still a major weakness. I feel like I’m technically good enough to clean 120kg but if I got under it I wouldn’t be able to stand it up due to weak bottom position and mid section/back strength.)

B. 5min AMRAP: 2 tng squat cleans at 75% of A: 82.5kg.
(I hit 10 tng doubles, was tougher than I thought it was going to be. Quads were hit the hardest, lungs were secondary. Technically I felt good throughout.)
50-40-30-20-10 reps of:
Wall ball @ 9kg
Box jumps @ 20″ box.
(19:16. This was longer than I thought it would be. This volume of box jumps for me is work even though it’s at a lower height. Paced it very steadily as I was expecting at least 15mins of work. Shoulders felt good surprisingly and didn’t feel like they usually do after a large volume of wall ball. Quads fatigued mainly.)
