Trained 2-3:30pm:

A: Power snatch x 1.1.1 (Rest 15s)
(40/50/60/65/70/72kg. Felt pretty good. Left it at 72kg as I was pushing close to squat snatches at that stage. Would like to be hitting 80kg for that.)

B: 30 x power snatch @ 60kg.
Work minutes 0,2,4,6
Rest minutes 1,3,5

Minute 0: 10 reps
Minute 2: 8 reps
Minute 4: 7 reps
Minute 6: 5 reps

(3:30 total. Felt good throughout, one or two forward reps but felt pretty solid technically.)

C. 15min AMRAP:
30 x DU
15 x DL @ 60kg
10 x HR push up

(7 rounds+30 DU, 15 x DL, 8 x push up. Felt good enough, paced it very steady with 8-10 rounds in mind but couldn’t keep the 15 DL’s unbroken after a couple of sets as lats started to fatigue. Happy enough though)
