AD x 30s @ 300W + 30s @ 100W x 15mins.

(Felt good today, upper traps and between scaps wer tender when foam rolling but I was expecting that after so much DL’s and T2B yesterday. Feeling quite positive about things at the moment, looking forward to training every day and to each of the open workouts. Also looking forward to testing before heading off to Thailand in April.)
