Trained 2-3pm:

Row sprint 20s. Rest 2:40. 4 sets

15mins AD Z1.

Practiced some thrusters but not much volume, just to move. Feeling happy enough with 14.5, just planning on finding that 75-80% pace. Not sure yet if il break up the initial few sets or try keep the 21 unbroken and then break the 18? Going to have to just keep moving in the burpees and avoid stopping for longer than 5-10s. It’s going to be a steady grind at the end of the day but need to find a pace from the start.
