Trained 2-3:30pm:

I know I’m meant to be on a rest week but I promised a friend I’d do Amanda with her for her birthday so I didn’t want to back out and I also felt really good today. She was a European regionals athlete last year so I thought it would be a good test. Iv always wanted to be able to do Amanda too. I warmed up and worked up to a heavy single on hang squat snatches first, felt really good and hit 80kg.

A. Squat snatches: 70,75,80kg:

B. Amanda: 7:28
Felt really good going into this. Muscle ups are now a really enjoyable movement for me and I love snatching so really enjoyed it overall. 6 minutes is a good long term target for me I feel once my lungs come up a bit more.
