6- felt pretty tired this morning. Elbows, shoulders and quads were all pretty fatigued. Went to train at 2pm anyway but even warming up my elbows and shoulders were especially tired and sore. I went ahead and did the 1&1/4 back squats but when I started the muscle ups I had to stop. My elbows and shoulders felt really tired and sore so I didn’t want to risk anything. I instead went straight into the 20mins row and just cruised at a steady slow pace. Training all day yesterday at the seminar definitely took it out of me and food was way off due to the travel. Sleep wasn’t great over the weekend either.

(110,115,120,125,130kg. Felt ok but I think i would’ve gone higher if I hadn’t the weekend away.)

*just a reminder that I’m away from the morning of Thursday 12th until Monday 16th for a wedding down the country. I can train on Monday though as I’m back at lunchtime that day.
