7- felt a little flat getting started today but better as the session went on.

A. Snatch to a max:
(40,50,60,70,77,81,85,88 miss. Felt ok up to 85kg. Had nothing else after that so left it there.)

B. Deadlift 5×3. Rest 2:30
(80,100,120,130,140,145kg. All sets at 145kg. Felt ok.)

C. Jumping good mornings 3 x 8-10. Rest 2:00
(All sets @ 40kg.)

Video shows set 1/3:

10-8-6-4-2 reps of:
Muscle ups
60kg snatches
(12:33. Felt better than I thought. Kept muscle up sets to 4,3 and 2’s. Snatches were fine. No misses throughout.)
