8- felt great today. Snatch felt great, better than last week but still couldn’t hit 90kg.

A. Snatch to a max:
40 x 2 x 3
50 x 2 x 2
60 x 2 x 2
70 x 2 x 1
75 x 1
80 x 1
84 x 1
87 x 1
90 miss

Felt great on the build sets, especially on 80,84 and 87kg. Just couldn’t turn 90kg over, it didn’t feel heavy, just couldn’t hit it but I feel like I’m getting closer to breaking that 91kg PR.

B. Deadlift x 3,2,1,3,2,1. Rest 2:30
:150 x 3,152.5 x 2,155 x 1,152.5 x 3,155 x 2,160 x 1.
(Felt great here. Best my back has felt all year. 160kg for a single came up easily.)

(3:52. Felt great here again, grip got tough by the set of 9 but felt good throughout.)
