8- felt sluggish getting going today, didn’t sleep as well but once I got going on the tng snatches I felt great. Hit 80kg for a PR triple, felt like I should’ve gone on and attempted 82 or even 85kg but I was happy with the PR so I left it there. Weighted pull ups felt good, stayed with the same loads as last week but felt better even with the added rep per set. The wall ball/run metcon I paced slow enough as I was trying to maintain a consistent time per round. First 2 sets of wall balls were 15+15, after that I stuck with sets of 10. Legs were heavyish by the last round but I felt fine.
A. Tng squat snatch x 5,5,3,3. Rest 2:00.
(65,70,75,80kg PR. Felt great throughout, same as last week I felt like I could’ve gone on to hit a good single but I moved on.)
B. Weighted pull up clusters x 4.2.1. Rest 30s/2:00.
(Used same loads as last week, 32.26.40kg. Better reps than last week even with the extra rep on the first set each time.)

(18:55. Slower than I thought but I never pushed at any stage, wanted to maintain a steady pace throughout. First 2 rounds were 2 x 15 wall ball, after that it was sets of 10 with short 5-10s breaks between each set. Quads were still a bit tight from the volume of thrusters in Saturdays session.)
