8- felt good going into today’s session. Neck has freed up a bit more as well. Handstand walk practice was the best iv felt in a long time, still not anything to talk about but progress.

A. Snatch grip deficit deadlifts @21×1; 4-5×5; rest 2 min
100kg x 2 sets of 5 reps
102.5kg x 2 sets of 5 reps
105kg x 1 set of 5 reps
(Felt good. Could’ve gone heavier but felt like 105kg was enough)

B. HS walk tech work 15 min
(Practiced some lateral HS walking against the wall for a few minutes then moved onto free standing HS practice then HS walk practice. Felt good.)

C. Hollow body wall walks; 30 reps not for time
(Worked through this in 10 sets of 3. Was fatiguing on my shoulders and took longer than I thought it would)

30 double unders
15 unbroken power snatch 75#
rest 2 min bw sets

(Session took longer than I thought so I could only get 4 sets done by the time I had to get ready for evening classes. Shoulders were pretty fatigued at this stage as well)
