8- felt good today, low back and around SI joints were a little tender when rolling out at the start but they loosened up. Did a full warm up and some AD sprints and then headed off for the 5k run.
Run 5km for time:
(25:20. Way slower than I was expecting. Lungs felt fine but my legs felt throughout but my legs, especially my calves and quads, got very heavy after 3k so I couldn’t stay under 5mins per km. Feel like I didn’t get the chance to push my lungs because of my legs. Enjoyed the run though, nice change of scene. Spent 15-20mins after stretching out calves and hips mainly)
