8- felt ok today. Legs were a little tired and felt lats and traps but felt relatively recovered.

For time:
50 burpee box jump overs @ 30″ (6:27)
100 double unders (8:28- 50,30,20 reps)
50 calories rowing (12:08- exactly 3:00 for the 50 cals)
100 double unders (30,25,25,20 reps)

Finished at 14:31. No problems throughout. Burpee box jump overs were fairly continuous and felt ok. DU’s were actually pretty solid for once and the row was fine.
