8- felt great going into today’s session, still a little bit of soreness from Mondays session but felt good.

A. Snatch pulls; 2, 2, 2; rest 2 min
(All sets @ 110kg. Felt good.)

B. Power snatch from blocks (knee); 3, 3, 3, 3, 3; rest 3 min
(65,65,67.5,70,70kg. All felt good.)

Video shows sets 1,3,5:

C. Amrap power cleans in 3 min @85% 1rm: 92.5kg
(15 reps. Felt good, no misses, felt like I should’ve pushed a little harder and hit closer to 20 reps)

D. HS walk tech work 15 min
(Feel a lot more confident to hit 20-30 feet every time I kick up.)

E. Tucked front lever – amsap x5; rest 90 seconds
(30-40s each time, trap we’re a bit tired by the end but overall fine)

3 rounds for time:
25 power snatch @ 35kg
15 strict hspu
(12:53. First round took 3:27 with tng sets of 10,5,5 and 5 singles. HSPU’s were in sets of 3. Second round took about 4:20 with 25 power snatch singles. HSPU’s were mixes of triples and doubles. Third round took just over 5 mins with 25 power snatch singles then HSPU’s were doubles and singles. Lungs felt fine, just triceps fatigued.)
