8- felt pretty good. No misses for the whole session.

A. Squat snatch; 10 singles @80%; 75kg. rest 2 min
(All felt good, no misses)

B. Squat clean and jerk; 5 singles @84% 1rm; 97kg. rest 2 min
(All fine, feels good to hit some clean & jerks again. Jerks felt pretty solid.)

C. 1 1/4 front squat; 6×6; rest 2 min
(All sets @ 80kg. Still feel like front squats are a major weak spot for me.)
