7/8- head cold still there but not as bad as last few days. Left the burpee work out at the end but should be back to normal breathing work for Monday.

A. Push jerk; 5, 5, 5, 3, 3, 3; rest 2 min
(90,90,90,92.5,97.5,100kg PR. All felt good, the 100 x 3 is a PR so happy with that.)

B1. Bench press; 4, 4, 4, 3, 3, 3; rest 1 min
(82.5,82.5,82.5,85,87.5,87.5kg. Felt good.)

B2. Bent over barbell rows; 3-5×6; rest 2 min
(70,75,75,75,75,75,75kg. All x 5 reps. Felt good)

Video shows sets 1&6:

C1. Single bar inverted hang; accumulate 45 sec x5; rest 1 min
(45s hold for the first 4 sets then last set was 25+20s. Feeling stronger on these though)

C2. Wall facing hs hold; accumulate 90 sec x5; rest 2 min
(First set was 90s then every set after was 50+40s. Tough by the end)
