7/8- head cold still lingering but feeling improvements. Snatches felt good, just 2 misses. Clean and jerks felt heavy but no misses and was happy enough by the end. Front squats never really feel good but these weren’t too bad. Left out the AD sprints today due to the lack of ability to breathe through my nose!
A. Squat snatch; 12 singles @83%: 77kg. rest 2 min
(Just 2 misses. Felt pretty solid throughout.)
B. Squat clean and jerk; 6 singles @87% 1rm: 100kg. rest 2 min
(Felt heavier than normal for 100kg but no misses and jerks felt good today.)
C. 1 1/4 front squat; 5, 5, 5, 3, 3, 3; rest 2 min
(85,85,85,90,90,90kg. Still need a ton of work on my front squats I feel. Calves felt tight in bottom position, going to keep working ankle mobility and calf flexibility.)
