7/8- felt decent enough for the session. Split jerk improved again, 114kg, up by 1kg from last time and a couple of close misses at 117kg so happy enough.

A. Split jerk; build to a max
(40/60/80/90/100/105/110/114/117 miss. Felt pretty good.)

B. Push press x5/Push jerk x3/Split jerk x1; rest 2 min x5 complexes
(60/65/70/70/70kg. Felt good, push jerks tough by last set though)

C. Strict press; 6×6; rest 2 min
(All sets @ 50kg. Arms and shoulders were smoked by the end)

D. Bulgarian ring rows; 15 reps accumulated x4; rest 2 min
(All sets unbroken. Felt good)
