8- best I’ve felt in a session for the last 2 weeks. Energy was good and felt strong enough.

A. Squat snatch; 7 singles @85% 1rm: 80kg. Rest 2 min
(40/50/60/70/75/80kg. No misses, felt very good throughout.)

B. Squat clean; build to a max
(60/80/90/100/105/109/112/115 miss/114/116 miss. Happy to make 114 and catch 116 in the bottom but jumped backwards and couldn’t stand it up. Felt good overall)

C. Banded clean pulls 5×5; rest 2 min
(89/85/90/90/90kg. Felt good)

D. Seated good mornings; 8-10×4; rest 2 min
(All sets @ 45kg. Felt good.)
