8- felt pretty good today. Split jerks felt good.

A. Split jerk; 6 singles @85-90% 1rm; rest 3 min
(100,100,102.5,102.5,105,105kg. All felt pretty solid.)

B. Behind the neck push press; 5×5; rest 2 min
(60,62.5,65,67.5,70kg. Always find these tougher because of the eccentric, should have started higher)

C. Wall facing hs hold; 90 seconds accumulated x4; rest 2 min

D. DB JM press; 10-12×5; rest 90 seconds
(Deceivingly tough, used 10kg dumbbells. Elbows/triceps had to really work.)
