8- felt good today, well rested. Jerks are still not great after heavier cleans but getting better. Front squats weren’t bad but still feel like I need lots of work to be stronger here.

Oly meet simulation:

Worked off a 45minute clock to get ready to hit my opener of 82kg:
40 x 2 x 3
50 x 2 x 2
60 x 2, x 1
70 x 2 x 1
75 x 1
80 x 2 x 1 (11 sets)

1. 82kg (felt fine)
2. 85kg (again felt fine)
3. 88kg (felt good, pleased enough)

Took a 10minute break and started a 20minute build up to my clean&jerk opener of 105kg:
60 x 2 x 2
70 x 1
80 x 1
90 x 1
95 x 1
100 x 1 (7 sets)

1. 105kg (felt fine, happy with jerk)
2. 108kg (jerk was a little soft, not sure if I would’ve been given it?)
3. 110kg miss. (Clean felt better than 108 but jerk was out in front)

A. Squat snatch; 5 singles @80% heaviest successful lift from sim; 70kg. Rest 2 min.
(All felt fine)

B. Squat clean and jerk; 3 singles @85% heaviest successful lift from sim; 90kg Rest 2 min.
(Felt fine)

C. Front squat; 3×3 @ 110kg; rest 3 min
(Felt good but still feel like a ton of work is needed here.)
