8- felt pretty good today. Left wrist has been feeling slightly tender with overhead work since starting the higher volume wall facing handstand holds a couple of weeks ago, unsure if that’s the cause but definitely feeling it since then. Never had an issue with left wrist before so hopefully it’s nothing major.
A. Split jerk; 3 singles @85% heaviest load from last sat; 100kg. Rest 2 min.
(All felt fine. Still need to work on my back leg in the split as I’m leaving it too straight sometimes and pushing myself forward.)

(80, 82.5, 85kg. Felt pretty good. Happy enough to hit 85kg x 3, that’s 92% of my max.)
C. Strict press; build to a tough single for the day: 67.5kg.
(2.5kg off my 1RM sky left it there. Happy enough.)
