8- felt good apart from left wrist. Taped it up and hit all lifts no problem but was still tender throughout all snatches. Hopefully it holds up for Saturday.
A. Squat snatch; 10 singles @65% 1rm; 60kg. rest 2 min
B. Squat clean and jerk; 10 singles @65% 1rm; 80kg. rest 2 min
C. Front squat; 3 on the min for 10 min 65% 1rm: 82kg.
All fine, felt good.
