8- felt good throughout the session. Legs felt strong and 15 cleans at 100kg were no problem.
A. Squat clean; 15 singles @85% 1rm; 100kg. Rest 90 seconds.

B. 1 1/4 back squat; 6×6. Rest 2 min
(80,85,90,95,100,100kg. All fine, tougher on last set but should’ve started higher)
C. Rear foot elevated DB split squat jumps; 3 x 8 each leg; rest 90 seconds bw legs
(17.5kg dumbbells in each hand for all sets. Haven’t done these in a long time and my legs were tired by the time I got to them but felt fine.)
D. Weighted sorensen hold @ 20s AMSAP x4; rest 90 seconds
(50,40,35,30s. Back was tired by this stage but felt good each set.)
