7/8- bit sluggish energy wise but overall fine. Left wrist still a little tender but improving.

A. Deadlift; 5, 5, 5, 3, 3, 3; rest 2 min

B1. Jumping good mornings; 8-10×3; rest 1 min
(All sets @ 50kg. Felt fine. Low back definitely still needs work though)

B2. DB power snatch; 10 alt’ing tough reps x3; rest 2 min
(All sets @ 30kg DB. No problem)
