8- felt good today. Legs felt strong.

A. Squat clean; 12 singles @87% 1rm; 102.5kg. Rest 90 seconds
(All good, no issues.)

B. 1 1/4 back squat; 6, 6, 6, 3, 3, 3; rest 2 min
(100,100,100,105,110,112kg. Tough by last set but good.)

C. Rear foot elevated DB split squat jumps; 4-6×4/leg; rest 90 seconds bw legs
(All sets @ 20DB’s. Still getting used to these again but felt fine)

D. Weighted sorensen hold @ 20kg amsap x5; rest 90 seconds
(50,40,30,30,30s. Back was tired after first set but kept it over 30s each time)
