7/8- had to rush through the session as was heading off for the weekend for myself and wife’s 1st wedding anniversary. Trained earlier than normal and just didn’t feel strong. Back felt particularly weak during the Deadlifts.

A. Deadlift; 4, 4, 4, 2, 2, 2; rest 2 min
(140,142.5,145,150,150,150kg. Back felt really weak. Still feel a major lack of progress in terms of low back strength)

B1. Jumping good mornings; 8-10×4; rest 1 min
(All sets @ 50kg. Back not great again)

B2. DB power snatch; 10 alt’ing tough reps x4; rest 2 min
(30kg DB, no problem)
