8- felt good today. Wrist tender on the weighted dips but nothing too bad so worked through it.

A. Split jerk; 7 singles @80% 1rm; 95kg. rest 75 seconds
(All felt fine)

B. Behind the neck push press; 5×5; rest 2 min
(65,70,70,73,75kg. Felt better as I went on.)

C1. Tucked front lever hold; 30 seconds accumulated. rest 1 min
(No problems)

C2. Weighted dip @31×2 x 6; rest 2 min
(All sets @ 10kg vest. Tougher than I thought. Wrist a little tender but ok.)
:5 sets.

D. Negative body levers; 20 slow controlled reps not for time
(Tough on abs, last 10 reps were brutal)
