8- felt good today. Really happy to be back snatching, wrist was a little tender snatching over 60kg overhead but ok.

A. Squat snatch; build to a tough single
(40,50,60,70,75,80,83,85kg. No problems, all felt good apart from a little wrist tenderness so stopped at 85kg. Felt like I could’ve hit 88-90 but didn’t want to test my wrist yet. Happy with it though)

B. Squat clean; 10 singles @83% 1rm; 98kg. Rest 2 min
(All fine, no problems)

C. Front squat @4040; 3-4×5; rest 2 min
(Tempo was tougher than I expected. Used 70,75,75,80,80kg.)

D. Snatch grip RDL @6020; 4-5×5; rest 2 min
(80,80,85,85,85kg. Tempo was tough again but felt good.)
