A. Pause push jerk; 5×5; rest 2 min
(75,77.5,80,82.5,85kg. All felt pretty solid)

B1. Single arm DB push press; 6-8×5/arm; rest 1 min
(All sets @ 30kg DB, all x 8 reps)

B2. Strict CTB pull ups; 12 reps x5; rest 2 min
(All unbroken but some weren’t chest to bar towards the end, tough x 12)

C1. Single arm DB chinese rows x 8 ; rest 1 min
(37.5,37.5,37.5,40,40kg. All good)

C2. Half kneeling rotation and press x 8. ; rest 2 min. 5 sets
(17.5,20,20,20kg DB. All x 8. Tough by the end)
