7/8- felt better than yesterday. Sinuses improving and wrist good.

A. Power clean from high blocks; build to a tough triple (not a 3rm, reset each rep)
(40,60,70,80,90,100kg. Could’ve gone to 105 but stopped there as last rep was work.)

B. Clean pulls; 3×3; rest 2 min
(All @ 130kg/111% of clean 1RM. Felt good)

C. Sumo stance good mornings; 10-12×4; rest 2 min
(All @ 47.5kg. Felt good)

D. Barbell hip thrusts; 15-20×5; rest 60 seconds
(All @ 35kg. Felt fine)
