8- felt pretty good today. Hamstrings a little tight after weds but no issues.
A. Squat snatch from high blocks; 1.1.1×3; rest 20 sec/rest 2 min @ 80% 1rm: 75kg
(Felt good. Missed second rep of second set so restarted the set, other than that fine)
B. Banded front squat (light load, high speed); 3 reps on the min for 10 min: @ 65kg
C. Rear foot elevated split squat jumps; 6-8×3/leg; rest 90 seconds bw legs
(No issues, used 12.5kg dumbbells in each hand)
D. Seated wide stance Good morning; 10-12×4; rest 2 min
(All sets @ 40kg. Didn’t go heavier as hamstrings were still a little tender from Wednesday)
