8- felt ok in today’s sessions, a couple of sloppy misses with the snatches and one miss in the clean. I have been jumping back a bit in both the snatch and clean recently which has caused me problems.

A. Squat snatch; 7 singles 75kg. Rest 90 sec
(2 misses. Wrist was slightly bothering me again also.)

B. Squat clean; 4 singles @107kg. Rest 2 min
(1 miss when I jumped excessively back and lost the bar from rack position. Also not catching it as comfortably as I was last year, feeling sluggish coming out of the bottom of the squat)

C. 3 position isometric pause clean pulls x 5, 5, 3, 3. Rest 2 min
(All sets @ 103kg. Felt good)

D. Good mornings; 3 x 8. Rest 2 min
(50,54,57kg. All x 8 reps, felt good)

E. Side plank elbow twists; 10 reps x4/side. Rest 1 min bw sides
(No problems)
