7/8- back feeling a lot better. Nice to move today.

A. Front rack sotts press; 6-8×4; rest 90 seconds
(All sets @ 30kg. Felt fine)

B. Squat clean x1/hang squat clean x2 – 1 complex on the min for 10
min (light/technical)
(Used 60kg. Felt great, no problems)

C. Hurdler step ups; 6-8×4/leg; rest 1 min bw legs
(Used 20″ box, no problems)

D. Rear foot elevated DB split squats @41×1; 4-5×3; rest 1 min bw sides
(20kg DB’s, no problems)
