8/9- felt great today. Legs felt strong in the front squats for the first time in a while, snatches felt good and receiving position felt better.

A. Squat snatch; 4 singles @86% 1rm: 80kg. Rest 2 min
(1 silly miss but other than that felt great, fast and taller in the catch)

B. Front squat 6×6 @80% 1rm: 102kg. Rest 2 min
(Legs felt stronger than they have felt in a long time. Tough on final 2 reps of final set but felt great.)

Sets 1&6:

C. OHS; 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1; Rest 3 min
(80,90,95,85,95,100kg. Felt strong. OHS 1RM is 110kg (2 years ago) but I definitely feel like I’d beat that based off how I felt today. Push jerks BTN feel solid too.)

Second sets of 3,2,1:

D. Snatch grip btn push press; 3, 2, 1: Rest 3 min
(80,85,90kg. Felt good again)
20 min z1 cool down/movement/mobility
