6/7- felt pretty shitty energy wise but got through the session.

A. Strict press; 3×3; rest 3 min
(50,55,55kg. Felt fine)

B. Split jerk; build to a tough single
(60,80,90,95,100,105kg. Just had no energy so left it at 105kg.)

C. Deficit clean pulls; 3×3 @105% 1rm clean (1.5″)
(126kg, no problems)

D1. Seated arnold press; 3×4; rest 1 min
(22.5kg DB’s.)
D2. Wide grip weighted pull ups @31×2; 1.1.1×3; rest 20 sec/rest 1 min
(32kg KB.)
