8/9- felt great again today. Trained in a different gym with a few friends, was good fun, needed that.

A. Squat clean waves; 80%-83%-88%-92% x3; rest 2 min
95,100,105,110kg. All felt great.

Wave 1:

B. Back squat; 3×3 @90% of B from mon; rest 3 min
120kg, felt good, no issues.

C. Back squat jumps; 10 reps AFAP x5; rest 2 min (~30% 1rm, as fast as possible up and down)
50kg, felt good, no issues.

D1. Single leg rdl’s;8-10×4; rest 1 min
Used 20kg dumbbells per hand, no issues.

D2. Strict toes to bar; 15 reps x4; rest 2 min
Tough by the last set, forgot how tough these were strict but all unbroken.
20 min z1 cool down

Great session, really enjoyed it.
