8/9- felt great today. Energy good and all movements felt solid.

A. Push jerk; 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1; rest 2 min: build to a max on the last single, each wave heavier than previous.
Wave 1: 80,90,95kg
Wave 2: 85,92,100kg
Wave 3: 90,95,102kg

All felt good. Went for 105kg after hitting 102kg as felt like I had more but missed it. Still very happy with how it all felt.

Wave 3: 90,95,102kg:

B. Power clean x1/hang power clean x1/push press x3; rest 2 min x5 complexes
70,75,80,82,85kg. All felt solid. Last set tough on push presses.

C. Clean pulls; 3×3; rest 2 min
130,132,132kg. All felt good.

Set 2:

D. Close grip bench press; build to an 8rm
82kg x 8. Went into it thinking of 80-85kg as a target so happy enough although I just about squeezed through on the last rep on 82kg. Overall felt great and enjoyed the session.
